AN ACT STUDYING AND IMPROVING PEDESTRIAN SAFETY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation conduct a study of pedestrian safety and develop a plan for pedestrian safety improvements in Connecticut.
