"AN ACT CONCERNING CHEMICALS OF CONCERN TO CHILDREN. "

In line 8, after the period, insert the following:

"In preparing such report, the Commissioner of Public Health shall review and consider any ruling, directive or policy statement issued by a federal agency or organization that relates to a chemical identified by another state to be of concern to children. "

In line 30, after "chemicals" insert the following:

"; and (9) a description of each ruling, directive or policy statement issued by a federal agency or organization that the Commissioner of Public Health considered in preparing the report"
