OFA Fiscal Note
The amendment makes the implementation of any collective bargaining agreement contingent upon the approval of necessary waiver amendments. This could 1) delay the fiscal impact in the underlying bill to the extent that the waiver approval delays implementation, and 2) ensure the state receives federal reimbursement.
The preceding Fiscal Impact statement is prepared for the benefit of the members of the General Assembly, solely for the purposes of information, summarization and explanation and does not represent the intent of the General Assembly or either chamber thereof for any purpose.
