Explanation

The amendment removes the provision of the underlying bill that reduced the pharmacy dispensing fee and reimbursement under the Department of Social Services' medical programs. This reduces savings in the underlying bill estimated to be $64.8 million in FY 12 and $71.2 million in FY 13.
