OFA Fiscal Note
The amendment strikes sections 1 through 8 in their entirety and the associated fiscal impact identified in the fiscal note of the underlying bill.
In addition the amendment allows nonprofit corporations to purchase prescription drugs through the state's prescription drug program. This provision does not result in a fiscal impact to the state as the nonprofit would be require to pay the full cost of their claims and prescription drugs.
