OFA Fiscal Note
The amendment strikes sections 11 and 13 in their entirety, thereby eliminating the Office of Healthcare Reform and Innovation and its associated duties. The amendment precludes a cost of $250, 000 to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. It should be noted PA 11-6 provides funding of $250, 000 in both FY 12 and FY 13 for three positions to staff this new office.
