"AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE GUARANTEE OF EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE FOR SAME SEX COUPLES. "

Strike lines 63 to 66, inclusive, in their entirety and insert the following in lieu thereof:

"(b) No church or religious organization shall be required to participate in a ceremony solemnizing a marriage in violation of the religious beliefs of that church or religious organization. "
