MEETING MINUTES

Thursday, December 15, 2005

6:00 PM in Room 2B of the LOB

The meeting was called to order at 6:07 by Chairman, Sen. Coleman E. S02.

The following committee members were present:

Sen. Coleman called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m.
Sen. Coleman immediately recessed the meeting and noted that committees have fifteen minutes from scheduled start time to establish a quorum and conduct business. Sen. Coleman said the committee would be in recess to reassess the status of the meeting. Sen. Coleman also noted that Sen. Harris had recused himself from this meeting due to personal conflicts.

The committee meeting reconvened at 6:55 p.m. at which time, Sen. Coleman asked the clerk to call roll attendance.

Clerk Eric C. Stroker called roll for attendance purposes:
Present: Sen. Coleman; Sen. Crisco, Sen. Finch, Rep. Roy
Absent: Sen. Harris, Sen. Fasano, Rep. Wallace, Rep. Miner, Rep. Malone, Rep. Guerrera
Sen. Coleman noted that since quorum was not established the committee would be unable to hold any business and so the meeting adjourned.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:57 p.m.
