AN ACT CONCERNING SIBLING VISITATION FOR CHILDREN IN THE CARE AND CUSTODY OF THE COMMISSIONER OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.

To ensure children and youth in the care and custody of the Commissioner of Children and Families visit with their sibling on a minimum basis in order to sustain the bond between siblings.
