The House of Representatives was called to order at 1: 18 o'clock p. m. , Representative Becker of the 19th District in the Chair.

Prayer was offered by the guest Chaplain, Gabe S. Rosenberg of Hamden, Connecticut.

The following is the prayer:

Let us pray. Lord, bless us to do Your will for the good of the people of our State. Be with us in our deliberations so that we may come to consensus to meet the needs of our constituents. Amen.
