H. B. No. 6657 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING SENTENCING AND RISK REDUCTION CREDITS', to provide that any inmate serving a sentence for a violent offense shall not be released on parole prior to serving eighty-five per cent of the definite or aggregate sentence imposed by the court.

H. B. No. 6658 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING EMPLOYER USE OF NONCOMPETE AGREEMENTS', to allow an employee who, as a condition of his or her employment, is required to execute a noncompete agreement or covenant a reasonable opportunity to seek legal advice prior to entering into such agreement or covenant.

H. B. No. 6659 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING CIVIL IMMIGRATION DETAINERS', to establish procedures with respect to civil immigration detainers.

H. B. No. 6661 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING USE AND OCCUPANCY PAYMENTS IN SUMMARY PROCESS MATTERS', to expedite resolution of summary process matters by revising procedures associated with use and occupancy payments.

H. B. No. 6662 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECOUPMENT OF MONEYS OWED TO A UNIT OWNERS' ASSOCIATION DUE TO NONPAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS', to: (1) Extend the number of months for which common expense assessments due a common interest unit owners' association may be counted for purposes of a lien from six months to twelve months; and (2) provide greater statutory protections to unit owners' associations seeking reimbursement for unpaid assessments that are incurred during the pendency of a foreclosure action.

H. B. No. 6663 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING COMPLAINTS ALLEGING MISCONDUCT BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY PERSONNEL', to require law enforcement agencies to establish written policies governing the receipt of complaints from members of the public alleging misconduct committed by law enforcement agency personnel.

H. B. No. 6664 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING RESTRAINING ORDERS', to permit victims of stalking or sexual assault who are not family or household members of the offender to apply for and obtain a civil restraining order.

H. B. No. 6665 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING REVIEW OF TRAFFIC STOP COMPLAINTS AND THE COLLECTION OF TRAFFIC STOP INFORMATION WITH RESPECT TO IMMIGRATION STATUS', to: (1) Limit the authority of police officers to inquire into the immigration status of persons pursuant to a traffic stop, and (2) establish a procedure for review of traffic stop complaints and implementation of corrective procedures with respect to such complaints.

S. B. No. 727 (COMM) GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION AND ELECTIONS. 'AN ACT CONCERNING CONFLICTS OF INTEREST UNDER THE CODE OF ETHICS FOR PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND STATE EMPLOYEES', to amend what constitutes a substantial conflict of interest for public officials and state employees.

S. B. No. 1140 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE DUTIES OF A CONSERVATOR AND OTHER PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE DECISIONS RELATING TO THE CARE AND DISPOSITION OF A DECEASED PERSON'S BODY', to clarify the rights and responsibilities of persons with the authority to make decisions concerning the care, custody and disposition of a deceased person's body.

S. B. No. 1141 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE DESECRATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN A CEMETERY', to ensure that a complaint from the owner of a burial lot alleging interference with a burial ground is properly investigated by law enforcement personnel.

S. B. No. 1142 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT PROMOTING THE USE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY AT CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES', to encourage the use of renewable energy at correctional facilities by permitting the Commissioner of Correction to establish a pilot program to provide for the use of such energy.

S. B. No. 1143 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING TRAFFIC STOP INFORMATION', to adopt the recommendations of the Connecticut Racial Profiling Prohibition Project with respect to traffic stop information, and require the filing of progress reports with the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public safety.
