SB 943 (File 71) eliminates many procedural and content requirements for preparing the state's strategic development plan. And sSB 619, favorably reported by the Commerce Committee, reactivates a dormant economic development advisory commission, requiring it to prepare a report addressing a range of economic development policy issues.
