Sec. 19a-701. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations. A managed
residential community shall meet the requirements of all applicable federal and state
laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Public Health Code, State Building Code and the Fire Safety Code, and federal and state laws and regulations governing
handicapped accessibility.
