Sec. 3-129e. Action to enforce provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The Attorney General may bring a civil action
in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce any provision of the Dodd-Frank Wall
Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Public Law 111-203, that a state attorney
general is authorized by said act to enforce and to seek any relief that a state attorney
general is authorized by said act to seek.
