After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2012) An employer shall be immune from liability, civil or criminal, for any claim for personal injury, damage to property or loss of property, caused by or resulting from any alleged act of an employee who is a qualifying patient, as defined by section 1 of this act, who in the course of his or her employment is under the influence of marijuana. "
