"AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. "

In line 233, after the period, add the following:

"(c) Any qualifying patient who makes a fraudulent representation to a physician of any fact or circumstance in order to obtain a written certification for the palliative use of marijuana, shall be guilty of a class D felony. "
