"AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. "

In line 556, after the period, insert "Nothing in this subdivision, shall restrict an employer's ability to (A) require a prospective employee to submit to a drug test administered in accordance with the provisions of section 31-51v of the general statutes, (B) require an employee to submit to a drug test administered in accordance with the provisions of sections 31-51u, 31-51w and 31-51x of the general statutes, or (C) discipline an employee who tests positive for one or more drugs after submitting to a drug test administered in accordance with the provisions of sections 31-51u, 31-51w and 31-51x of the general statutes. "
