"AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. "

In line 556, after the period, insert "Nothing in this subdivision shall restrict an employer's ability to administer a drug test in accordance with the provisions of section 31-51x of the general statutes when an employee (A) serves in an occupation that has been designated as a high-risk or safety-sensitive occupation pursuant to regulations adopted by the Labor Commissioner, or (B) operates a school bus or school transportation vehicle. "
