"AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. "

In line 370, after the period, insert the following:

"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a licensed producer that sells, delivers, transports or distributes marijuana to a person who is not a licensed dispensary shall lose its producer license and forfeit to the state all moneys held in an escrow account pursuant to subsection (b) of section 10 of this act. "
