"AN ACT CONCERNING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PROJECT DELIVERY. "

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (NEW) (Effective from passage) Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, on and after the effective date of this section, the Department of Transportation shall cease all construction and work on the New Britain to Hartford Busway project. "


This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
