"AN ACT CONCERNING TRAFFIC STOP INFORMATION. "

Strike subdivisions (10) and (11) of subsection (b) of section 2 in their entirety and substitute the following in lieu thereof:

"(10) The director of the Institute for Municipal and Regional Policy at Central Connecticut State University, or a designee;

(11) A representative of the United States Department of Justice appointed by the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut; and

(12) Such other members as the board may prescribe. "
