Explanation
The amendment requires the Judiciary Committee of the General Assembly to hold public hearings on the standardized method of recording and reporting traffic stop information. This may be a cost of less than $1, 000 to Legislative Management to reimburse legislators and agency staff for mileage expenses to hold such a public hearing.
