The amendment makes various technical and clarifying changes which have no fiscal impact.
Additionally, the amendment eliminates a provision that exempts from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act all records obtained by state or quasi-public agencies related to requests for assistance from certain businesses. There is no fiscal impact.
