Explanation

The amendment requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to include on individuals motor vehicle operator license or identity card information, if applicable, that indicates if a person has been convicted of operating a motor vehicle under the provisions of the bill. This provision will result in a cost to the Special Transportation Fund in FY 13 of up to $100, 000 to the Department of Motor Vehicles for programming and data storage costs.
