OFA Fiscal Note
The amendment will result in a cost to the Department of Motor Vehicles for reprogramming their driver system for allowing any relative who lives with someone convicted of the provisions of the bill to also have an ignition interlock device installed in their motor vehicle. The amount of devices that will be installed can not be determined at this time.
