The amendment makes various technical and conforming changes which do not result in a fiscal impact. In addition, the amendment 1) removes the requirement that the Department of Social Services establish rates and regulations in consultation with the Department of Public Health and 2) removes the reporting deadline and instead requires a report should a demonstration project be implemented; these changes do not result in a fiscal impact.
