Explanation
The amendment changes the crimes of lying to a law enforcement official about acquiring, distributing, possessing, using, or transporting marijuana or related paraphernalia for palliative use for purpose of avoiding arrest or prosecution from a Class C to a Class B misdemeanor and results in a potential revenue gain of less than $25, 000 to the general fund.
