Explanation
The amendment results in a revenue gain of $250, 000 in FY 13 by increasing the producer fee from $25, 000 to $50, 000. The increase of revenue in FY 13 may result in lower fees, thus revenue in the out years as the initial revenue increase in FY 13 may cover out year administrative costs.
