AN ACT CONCERNING THE OFFICE OF GOVERNMENTAL ACCOUNTABILITY AND THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION.

SUMMARY:

This bill increases, from three to five, the number of members required for a quorum of the Freedom of Information Commission. PA 11-48 increased the commission's size from five to nine members, but did not make the corresponding change to the quorum requirement.
