AN ACT CONCERNING INTERNET ACCESS FOR REGISTRARS OF VOTERS.

SUMMARY:

This bill requires each town to ensure that its registrars of voters can access the Internet and correspond with the secretary of the state using e-mail. It also makes technical changes.
