"AN ACT CONCERNING TRAFFIC STOP INFORMATION. "

At the end of section 1, add the following:

"(j) No public agency, as defined in section 1-200, may retain a record of a traffic stop recorded pursuant to the requirements of this section, including any form completed pursuant to the requirements of this section, for more than ten years following the date of such traffic stop."
