Explanation
The bill creates the Racial Profiling Prohibition Project Advisory Board. There may be a cost of less than $1,000 to agencies participating in the advisory board to reimburse agency staff for mileage expenses.
Lastly, the bill modifies certain traffic stop information recording and reporting requirements. This provision has no fiscal impact to the state or municipalities.
