Explanation
The bill replaces two census tracts in Bristol designated for the bioscience enterprise zone in PA 10-104. The census tracts currently designated under law are primarily zoned for residential and retail properties. The bill redirects the designation to areas zoned for commercial property. There is no fiscal impact as it codifies the intent of PA 10-104 to designate bioscience enterprise zone benefits to Bristol.
