LCO No.: 8360

OFA Fiscal Note
The amendment reduces the amount of marijuana, from one-half ounce to one-third ounce, that would be subject to a reduced fine identified in the underlying bill as amended. This change is not expected to reduce the number of fines issued for this offense, and as a result will not alter the revenue loss indentified in the fiscal note for the bill as amended.
