"AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. "

After line 96, insert the following:

"(d) Any qualifying patient or primary caregiver possessing any amount of marijuana that is more than the amount prescribed in this section shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor. "

In line 97, strike "(d)" and insert "(e)" in lieu thereof
