"AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. "

Strike lines 104 to 106, inclusive, in their entirety and insert the following in lieu thereof:

"primary caregiver shall submit all marijuana plants and usable marijuana possessed by the qualifying patient and the primary caregiver for palliative use to the Department of Consumer Protection, and the department shall destroy such marijuana plants and usable marijuana. "
