"AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. "

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2007) Any police officer who has secured a proper warrant in good faith to search the home of a person whom such police officer did not know was authorized to use palliative marijuana under sections 1 to 9, inclusive, of this act shall not be held liable for any damages that may result from executing such warrant. "
