"AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. "

Change the effective date of sections 1 to 10, inclusive, to "Effective July 1, 2009"

Strike lines 119 to 121, inclusive, in their entirety and insert the following in lieu thereof:
