"AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. "

After line 94, insert the following:

"(d) Any qualifying patient or primary caregiver possessing any amount of marijuana that is more than the amount prescribed in this section shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor. "

In line 95, strike "(d)" and insert "(e)" in lieu thereof
