"AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. "

Strike lines 163 to 165, inclusive, in their entirety and insert the following in lieu thereof:

"(b) Any person, other than a qualifying patient or a primary caregiver, who is in the presence or vicinity of the palliative use of marijuana shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor. "
