POTENTIAL SIGNIFICANT COST

The Department of Agriculture would incur additional costs for personnel, not budgeted for which could be significant. Actual costs would depend upon the scope of the program created in the new division on oversight of marijuana cultivated for palliative use and is unknown at this time.
