Explanation

The amendment would reduce the cost in the underlying fiscal note by one Drug Control Agent and the associated fringe benefits. The amendment would also generate less registration revenue to the Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) since there would be a smaller pool of qualified patients who must have had radiation, chemotherapy, or other standard cancer treatment.
