Explanation
The Department of Public Health will incur an indeterminate one-time cost to retain consultant services needed to assist in the conduct of a study of the impact of second-hand palliative marijuana smoke and increased liability costs to hospitals. Actual costs, which may be significant in magnitude, would vary with the scope of the study undertaken, which cannot be determined at this time.
