AN ACT CONCERNING EXEMPTION OF CERTAIN RELIGIOUS COLLEGES OR BIBLE COLLEGES FROM THE HIGHER EDUCATION LICENSING PROCESS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to exempt from the higher education licensing process colleges, schools and educational programs conducted by religious organizations solely for the religious instruction of that religious organization.

Statement of Purpose:

To exempt certain religious colleges or bible colleges from the higher education licensing process.
