AN ACT CONCERNING PROJECTS ELIGIBLE FOR FUNDING UNDER THE SMALL TOWN ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4-66g of the general statutes, establishing the Small Town Economic Assistance Program, be amended to make all projects ready to be implemented in qualified municipalities eligible for all funds under the program.
Statement of Purpose:
To amend the Small Town Economic Assistance Program so that towns can access all approved funds under the program in order to implement projects that are ready to be implemented.
