AN ACT CONCERNING AGENDAS AT MEETINGS OF THE STATE BOND COMMISSION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (g) of section 3-20 of the general statutes be amended to allow any member of the State Bond Commission to place items on the agenda.

Statement of Purpose:

To open up the bond agenda to members sitting on the State Bond Commission.
