"AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA. "

In line 129, after the period insert the following: "The Department of Consumer Protection shall, annually, provide the police department of each municipality, or, if such municipality does not have an organized or paid police department, the state police troop having jurisdiction over such municipality, with a list of all qualifying patients and primary caregivers who reside in such municipality and who have registered with the Department of Consumer Protection in accordance with subsection (a) of this section. "
