AN ACT CONCERNING THE MEDICAL USE OF MARIJUANA.

In addition to the information provided, it is anticipated that the Department of Agriculture will require a part –time horticulturist at an annual cost of approximately $17,000. Additional funds in the amount of at least $100,000 will also be needed for security guards as well as an indeterminate cost for indoor facility that could be significant.
