"AN ACT CONCERNING THE MEDICAL USE OF MARIJUANA. "
After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:
"Sec. 501. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2005) If an employee is unable to perform the duties of his or her employment and such inability is directly related to functional impairment caused by his or her permitted use of marijuana under the provisions of sections 1 to 9, inclusive, of this act, the separation of such employee shall not be charged to the employer's experience rating for purposes of chapter 567 of the general statutes. "
