Sec. 7-350. Grant of funds. The money received from the United States in pursuance of the Act of Congress approved June 23, 1836, is hereby granted to the several
towns which presently hold such money. Secs. 7-351 to 7-358. How apportioned on division of a town. On division of a
town new receipts may be taken. Conditions of deposit. Custodian of fund; duties.
Treasurer's bond and report of losses. Management. Release or assignment of
security. Deficiency to be made good. Sections 7-351 to 7-358, inclusive, are repealed.

History: P.A. 82-239 granted the funds previously on deposit with the towns to the towns.
